They Saw A Need

The Colorado Licensed Beverage Association was founded and organized in 1954 through the efforts of such distinguished business owners as Otha Rice proprietor of Rice’s Tap Room and Oven on Welton; and,

Rudy Hornsten proprietor of the Sell-4-Less , a popular place in Littleton to purchase beverage alcohol products from 1948 to 1983.

Today, The Colorado Licensed Beverage Association (CLBA) has grown and includes many retailers from diverse business models.

CLBA is the preeminent state trade association for the retail tier of Colorado’s liquor industry.
